S&rsquo;il est trop bas, il y a risque de bouchage de la buse. Pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la valeur, il suffit d&rsquo;aller sur Octoprint dans l&rsquo;onglet terminal et de taper la commande M501. Cette commande liste les param\u00e8tres de l&rsquo;EEPROM. Il suffit de taper dans le terminal <strong>M851<\/strong> Z-1.99 par exemple. Attention le point utilis\u00e9 dans le 1.99 est le point du clavier et non celui du paver num\u00e9rique. Il faut sauvegarder les param\u00e8tres dans l&rsquo;EEPROM en tapant <strong>M500<\/strong>. V\u00e9rifier la prise en compte de la modification en tapant <strong>M501<\/strong>. Si la valeur est OK, lancer une impression pour v\u00e9rifier le bon r\u00e9glage avec l&rsquo;impression de la premier couche.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">R\u00e9capitulatif:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M500: sauvegarde des param\u00e8tres dans l&rsquo;EPROM<\/li>\n<li>M501: lecture des param\u00e8tres de l&rsquo;EPROM<\/li>\n<li>M851: valeur de l&rsquo;offset Z<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;obtenir un impression 3D parfaite, il faut aussi v\u00e9rifier la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 du plateau. Sur Octoprint en mode terminal, vous pouvez taper la commande <strong>G29 P2 V4<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est un auto-level sur 4 points avec affichage des param\u00e8tres dans le terminal. La commande est faite t\u00eate d&rsquo;impression \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, car l&rsquo;imprimante 3D DAGOMA est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un palpeur inductif. Avant de taper cette commande il faut faire un home, taper <strong>G28<\/strong>, touche entr\u00e9e du clavier puis <strong>G29 P2 V4<\/strong> touche entr\u00e9e du clavier.<\/p>\n<p>Voici le r\u00e9sultat du plateau de mon imprimante:<\/p>\n<p><strong>C<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 1.960\u00a0 &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;1.965\u00a0 <strong>D<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>B<\/strong>\u00a0 1.856&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;1.910 <strong>A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il faudrait relever le point B pour avoir un r\u00e9glage parfait. Si vous obtenez des valeurs diff\u00e9rentes (grandes diff\u00e9rences entre les valeurs) il faut ajuster votre plateau \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide des vis de r\u00e9glage ou, dans mon cas, ajouter des cales entre le plateau et le support de fixation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">R\u00e9capitulatif:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>G28 : home imprimante.<\/li>\n<li>G29 P2 V4: auto-level sur 4 points avec affichage sur le terminal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour les probl\u00e8mes warping (d\u00e9collage de la pi\u00e8ce lors de l&rsquo;impression) , c&rsquo;est une r\u00e9action thermique lors du refroidissement de la pi\u00e8ce (souvent sur des grandes pi\u00e8ces), j&rsquo;utilise de la <strong>3D LAC PLUS<\/strong>.
